Well, Fall was short lived - here comes Winter. (I know, there are still 19 days of Fall left, but I think Thanksgiving marks the end of that season, at least for me). Keep those "holiday" elves happy - they're always watching!
This will be the first time I've really had to do the Santa Claus thing. Knowing how well I keep secrets (I've inadvertly ruined two surprise parties), let's hope I do better with this one.

By the way, are there any parents in this country who refuse to play Santa? Is it possible? What do they tell their children? What do their children tell the believing children?
I remember discussing Santa as a child with my pal John. I told him I didn't think there was a Santa. He said he KNEW there was because he had heard sleigh bells on Christmas Eve the year before. I wonder if he's come around yet...
